The role of the lifting board of the dryer machine is lifting up and scattering the material, increasing the contact area of the drying material and hot air and speeding up the heat and mass transfer to improve the thermal efficiency of drying. The lifting board of the dryer machine lifts up the material and makes the hot flue gas contact with the material more fully in order to achieve the goal of better drying. Drum dryer is the most important dryer machine.It palys a significant role in grinding mill processing.Ore-dressing equipments mainly include cement mill,ball mill,rotary dryer.

The size, shape and arrangement of the lifting board have a great impact on the yield and quality and the thermal efficiency of the dryer machine. Theoretically speaking, the drying process of the material can be divided into three stages, namely heating, constant speed drying and falling rate drying. The main function of the lifting board of the dryer machine is guiding material, current-sharing, lifting up and resisting material to orderly control the movement and drying process of the material in the cylinder body. Therefore, the structure forms of the lifting board should be arranged and produced according to the physical and chemical properties and characteristics of each drying process of different material.

Under conditions of certain speed, the material only can be scattered fixedly in the cross-section areaⅠ,which makes hot air circuit in the areaⅠ,but forms a larger hole in the areaⅡand Ⅲ which makes hot air circuit. Therefore, the thermal efficiency of the traditional dryer machine is very low.
