Productivity of Impact Crusher Is Affected by Plate Hammer

1, the design of the board hammer is an important reason to influence the efficiency of impact crusher. The outer surface of the impact crusher board hammer should be designed to be plane, which is easier to match and fixed with the tenon on the rotor. The thickness of the plate hammer should be increased to 120mm. In order to reduce the weight, the other two faces can be designed into a groove symmetrically in the hammer plate, which also can be used as wear demarcation. In order to increase the stability of the impact crusher bolts so that it should not be bent and sheared, we can design a fixed core to match with countersunk hole. 2, in the improvement on the impact pulverizer hammer plate structure, the structure of the surface of the hammer plate can be designed as a planar structure, so that the hammer plate can match with the tenon on the rotor more simply, while we can also design the countersunk and tenon mouth of the same size on the back of the hammer plate and maintain the consistency of the width of countersunk hole and the tongue mouth, enhancing the connected tightness between plate hammer and rotor; which to a large extent, can extend the impact crusher board hammer cycle, extend equipment life and improve the production efficiency of impact crusher.
