According to the actual situation, we can Identify four main mill speed: 250 rpm 300 rpm, 350 rpm and 400rpm, the giving amount of ore is adjusted with the change of the mill speed, through the test of the four grinding speed, we can find: the negative cumulative yield of the product will increase as to the reduction in the giving amount of ore, but with the gradually reduction of the giving ore amount, the increasing extent of negative cumulative yield will slow.

The speed, concentration, and the giving ore amount of ball grinder is the main operating parameters of the grinding process, they have a direct impact on the grinding result, the grinding parameter test result of vertical coaxial centrifugal mill shows that: Meanwhile it also shows that the effect of fine grinding and ultrafine grinding is obvious, with the speed of mill rapidly increasing, the processing capacity of the mill will be improved, while the average particle size will rapidly decrease, it confirms that improve the efficiency of the grinding mill speed can accelerate the grinding efficiency.

 

Grinding concentration has a certain impact on the effect of grinding. When the grinding concentration is 55%, the negative cumulative yield rate of a one-level in product is the smallest, so the grinding effect is relatively poor, the grinding concentration between 60% -70% of product size is relatively close to it; when the mill mineral concentration of 70%, the viscosity of the slurry is density and will make the discharge not smooth. Therefore, making the grinding concentration selected for 60% -65% is more appropriate. However, some research results show that: in the same ore amount, the grinding efficiency will increase as the increasing of speed, if the speed is higher, the fine grinding will be more favorable.
